Gary Monaghan has been involved in the Cosmetic Surgery industry for over 20 years. In more recent years, Gary has become an expert in the building of clinics for plastic surgeons. This involves every element of project management from finding a venue, business plans and cashflows, architects, builders, layout design, equipment purchase, staff sourcing, contract sourcing, CQC and business planning.

Prior to this, Gary started in the industry with Nagor, where he worked as National Sales Manager and grew the company consistently over many years. Whilst working in the International sector, Gary conceived the now best selling range Impleo. From Nagor, Gary moved to start a revolutionary and ground breaking insured indemnity product. The company broke the mould of indemnity insurance in the UK and Premium Medical Protection remains a significant provider in the UK market. For the past 6 years Gary has worked closely with surgeons and cosmetic surgery providers in the UK to grow and shape their businesses. Gary has worked closely with all the well known names in the industry and is trusted by many to do the ethical and commercial best for his clients.

Gary prides himself on his reputation and on his availability to clients at all times. In his private time, Gary has a real passion for cars, football and his family, not in this order of course!
